### Microsoft Administrator

TurboPass is a growing cloud-based SaaS company serving the automotive financing and dealer technology industry. Our platform helps dealers and lenders access consumer data securely and efficiently. TurboPass is looking for a Microsoft Administrator to help manage and secure our modern Microsoft 365 environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of cloud security and administration.

As a Microsoft Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and well-managed Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll work closely with our Head of Security and IT Administrator to strengthen identity management, endpoint security, compliance, and operational workflows.

This is a fully cloud-native environment built around Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Sentinel, and a Zero Trust security model. There is no on-premises infrastructure, servers, or traditional networking to manage.

## Requirements

### What You'll Do

-   Administer and secure the Microsoft 365 environment
-   Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
-   Deploy, tune, and support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
-   Serve as the first responder to all security incidents across the Microsoft environment, including triage, investigation, containment, and remediation
-   Build, tune, and improve Microsoft Sentinel detections using KQL to reduce noise and improve visibility
-   Experience with SIEM platforms
-   Experience in a security operations or SOC environment

### Preferred Experience

-   Microsoft Sentinel and KQL queries/detection engineering
-   PowerShell scripting and automation
-   SIEM platforms
-   Security operations or SOC experience

### Preferred Certifications & Training

### Certifications are a plus and demonstrate a strong foundation in Microsoft administration, security, and cloud technologies. Candidates with one or more of the following are encouraged to apply:

### SC-900 – Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals
