We’re looking for a **Residential Construction Superintendent** who can take ownership of projects from ground break through final completion — leading subcontractors in the field while also managing schedules, documentation, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both **jobsite leadership and project coordination** and wants to work with a **tight-knit team where decisions move quickly and quality matters.** Projects are primarily located along the **Seattle → Arlington corridor**, including upcoming work in **Ballard and Seattle**, minimizing long-distance travel. Typical project sizes range from **$1M – $8M**, including townhome developments, custom homes, and larger residential remodels.
