## Description

-   Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and corporate priorities.

-   Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand challenges, opportunities, and technology needs.
-   Lead the IT Business Partner team in managing demand intake, prioritization, and technology roadmaps.
-   Drive digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and innovation across business functions.
-   Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business outcomes are achieved.
-   Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Applications, Data, and Cybersecurity teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
-   Manage IT portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and business case development.
-   Monitor service performance and continuously improve user experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
-   Identify technology trends and recommend solutions that create competitive advantage.
-   Ensure governance, compliance, risk management, and alignment with enterprise standards

## Requirements

-   12–15+ years of experience in IT, Digital, or Technology leadership.
-   Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
-   Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and cross-functional technology programs.
-   Strong background in project portfolio management, vendor management, and IT governance.
-   Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide transformation.
-   Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
