## Description

One of our business unit in Financial Services currently looking for IT Strategy and GRC Division Head with these following details:

**Job Desc**   

-   Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the bank's business objectives.
-   Provide strategic support to the IT Group Head in managing and developing IT.
-   Ensure IT governance and operations run in accordance with internal policy, prudential principles, sharia compliance, and GCG (Good Corporate Governance).
-   Manage IT utilization and investment effectively and efficiently to support business growth.
-   Identify and manage IT risk, including developing and executing mitigation plans.
-   Ensure IT compliance with applicable regulations and standards (POJK, BI, ISO 27001, and others).
-   Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve IT performance and compliance.

## Requirements

•    Minimum 10 years of banking experience (Sharia banking experience preferred).

•    Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in IT / Business Administration / Management or a related field.

•    Strong leadership, team management, communication, and presentation skills.

•    Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.

•    In-depth knowledge of IT strategy, IT governance, IT risk management, and IT compliance.

•    Understanding of Indonesian banking IT regulations and standards (POJK, BI, ISO, GRC, IT procurement & budgeting, and project management).

Experience leading an IT Strategy & GRC team, building a culture of compliance and risk management; relevant certifications/training are a plus (MR Level 5, Sharia DPS, COBIT, ITIL, PMP, Leadership).
