## Description

1\. Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management (drafting, negotiation, execution, amendment, renewal, termination) across all business units

   2. Develop and enforce standardized contract templates, clauses, and governance frameworks across industries

   3. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements

   4. Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business Units to align commercial and risk positions

   5. Drive contract risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and dispute prevention mechanisms

   6. Establish contract repository system and ensure data integrity, visibility, and audit readiness

   7. Monitor key contractual obligations, SLAs, penalties, and compliance adherence

   8. Lead contract performance reviews and continuous improvement of contract terms

   9. Manage escalations, disputes, and negotiation of high-value/complex agreements

   10. Develop KPI framework for contract efficiency, cycle time, compliance, and value leakage prevention

   11. Lead and develop contract management team across group level

   12. This role will manage 2 HC Contract Management Specialist

## Requirements

1\. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) 10–15 years of experience in contract management, legal, procurement, or commercial governance

   2. Strong exposure to multi-industry / conglomerate environment preferred

   3. Deep knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk allocation principles

   4. Experience in managing high-value, complex, and cross-border contracts

   5. Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and business units

   6. Proven leadership in building governance frameworks and centralized functions

   7. Experience with contract management systems (CLM tools) is an advantage
