## Description

### Responsibilities

-   Coordinate with other managers to determine operational needs
-   Evaluate team performance to achieve KPI target
-   Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
-   Review reports on incidents of IT security attack
-   Analyze and investigate to resolve issues IT security attack
-   Create reports for management on IT security status
-   Responsible in operational User Management and SOC team
-   Lead security operations focused on information technology environments, including network, cybersecurity, and endpoint security oversight
-   Prepare management reporting on overall IT security posture and operational status
-   Support operational user management and SOC team effectiveness

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree
-   Having knowledge in operational antivirus, SIEM, patch management, DLP, anti-DDoS, sandbox, and AI security technologies
-   Minimum 5 years experience in information technology security operations
-   Strong experience in information technology security operations across network security, cybersecurity, and endpoint security
-   Experience working with senior internal stakeholders, including reporting security posture to management, escalating major incidents, and reviewing KPI performance with leadership
-   Eligible to work in Indonesia
-   Experience at department head level in security operations is a plus
-   Experience leading a team is a plus
-   Having security certification is advantaged
