## Description

-   Drive digital initiatives and support the company's digital transformation roadmap.
-   Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business processes through technology.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into digital solutions.
-   Design, develop, and enhance digital platforms, mobile applications, web portals, and APIs.
-   Support the implementation of cloud-native applications, microservices, and system integrations.
-   Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from ideation to deployment and optimization.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful implementation.
-   Utilize data analytics and customer insights to drive business decisions and improve digital experiences.
-   Promote Agile, DevSecOps, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
-   Ensure digital solutions comply with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies.
-   Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-   Minimum 7-15 years of experience in digital transformation, software engineering, product development, or IT innovation roles.
-   Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
-   Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital products or enterprise digital initiatives.
-   Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
-   Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration.
-   Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and Agile methodologies.
-   Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
-   Understanding of data analytics, AI capabilities, and digital customer experience solutions.
-   Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, IT governance, and regulatory compliance.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, Agile, DevOps, or cybersecurity are an advantage.
-   Exposure to insurance core systems, policy administration, claims management, or digital distribution channels is preferred.
