## Description

-   Lead, coordinate, and continuously improve the performance of the **Land Acquisition team**
-   Oversee and manage **Security, CSR, and External Relations functions**, ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives
-   Develop and propose **annual work plans and budgets** for Land Compensation, Security, CSR, and External Relations
-   Build and maintain **strong, harmonious relationships** with key stakeholders, including local communities, government authorities, and other external parties
-   Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring targets are achieved and corrective actions are implemented when necessary
-   Prepare and deliver regular reports on:
-   Land acquisition progress
-   Community relations
-   CSR program implementation
-   Provide strategic input and solutions related to **land acquisition challenges and external issues** arising from mining or other operational activities
-   Ensure full implementation and compliance with **SMKP policies and regulations** across all areas of responsibility

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
-   Minimum **10 years of experience** in land acquisition, external relations, or CSR, preferably within **mining, plantation, or infrastructure sectors**
-   Strong experience in **stakeholder management**, including government and community engagement
-   Proven track record in **land acquisition and compensation processes**
-   Solid understanding of **regulatory frameworks and compliance (including SMKP)**
-   Strong leadership and team management capabilities
-   Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
-   Ability to work in complex, high-pressure environments with diverse stakeholders
