## Description

The **Chief of Corporate IT** is responsible for leading the organization's corporate IT strategy, governance, and enterprise technology operations to support Sinarmas Mining's business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure, corporate applications, cybersecurity, IT governance, and service delivery while ensuring technology investments create business value, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

-   Develop and execute the Corporate IT strategy aligned with the company's business and digital transformation roadmap.

-   Lead enterprise IT operations, including infrastructure, network, cloud, end-user computing, and corporate applications.

-   Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of enterprise IT services across all corporate functions.

-   Drive digital transformation initiatives by introducing innovative technologies that improve productivity and operational efficiency.

-   Establish and maintain IT governance, policies, standards, and best practices in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

-   Lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, including information security, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

-   Manage IT budgets, technology investments, vendor partnerships, and software licensing to maximize return on investment.

-   Collaborate with business leaders and IT Business Partners to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
-   **15+ years** of progressive experience in Information Technology.

-   **8–10 years** of leadership experience managing enterprise IT operations and large technology teams.
-   Experience in mining, manufacturing, energy, or other asset-intensive industries is highly preferred.
-   Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology modernization programs.
