### Responsibilities

-   To handle critical project management in mining-> Supporting mining business unit to identify, monitor and handle issues might happen during project execution, so that will smoothen, enhance, and mitigate risk during operational production in yearly basis.
-   To support and assist for implementation of site development
-   Data Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the mining site’s development plan.
-   You will be responsible to drive high-impact, strategic projects, build project management and manage communications between business units and shareholders.
-   Experienced working in mining company before, handled business process/ operational excellence/ business improvements

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mining, commercial, Statistics).
-   Expertise in project & strategy management in mining industry
-   Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
-   Experience in leveraging AI tools for data analysis (analyze & interpret data)
-   Having proficiency in data visualization tools and technologies.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
