## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced **Epic Ambulatory Lead Analyst** to support and optimize outpatient clinical workflows. This role combines hands-on Epic Ambulatory build and support responsibilities with team leadership and mentorship. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, provide guidance to other analysts, and help maintain high-quality application support as a key team member transitions out of the organization.

**Start Date:** ASAP

**Duration:** Through November 30, 2026  
**Location:** Remote with 1 onsite visit per month (Tarrytown, NY)

**Rate:** $90-95/hour on W2

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Support, maintain, and optimize Epic Ambulatory workflows and functionality.
-   Lead and mentor analysts, including coaching members of the ENT & Allergy support team.
-   Provide oversight and guidance on analyst work, issue resolution, and best practices.
-   Configure and support provider documentation, orders, and results workflows.
-   Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve outpatient processes.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of Epic Ambulatory experience (7+ preferred).
-   Epic Ambulatory certification required.
-   Epic Orders Transmittal certification required.
-   Epic Results Routing certification required.
-   Epic SmartForms certification required.
-   Strong leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration skills.
-   Experience supporting outpatient physician practices and professional billing workflows.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Epic Regulatory Reporting certification.
-   Epic Haiku/Canto certification.
