## Description

Techne is looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our enthusiastic team. If you have a passion for user-centered design and want to contribute to innovative projects in the **Hospitality and Retail** industries, we would love to hear from you!

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experiences across our applications.

### What You’ll Do

-   Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
-   Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
-   Develop user interface designs for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines.
-   Collaborate with developers to implement and test designs, ensuring high-quality execution.
-   Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
-   Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
-   Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

## Requirements

### What You Bring

-   **3+ years** of experience in UI/UX design.
-   Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and mobile design projects.
-   Proficiency in design tools such as **Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision**.
-   Understanding of **HTML/CSS** and experience working with developers.
-   Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
-   Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
-   Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
-   A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-   **Bonus:** Familiarity with animations and motion design.
-   **Bachelor’s degree** in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
