## Description

**About:**

Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions for construction and contracting projects, supporting bid opportunities for Teef Najd Group in Saudi Arabia through estimation, BOQ analysis, proposal coordination and timely submission.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership:**

·       Review tender invitations, drawings, specifications, BOQs and contract requirements to define bid scope.

·       Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, rate analyses and detailed pricing breakdowns.

·       Coordinate technical and commercial proposal preparation with engineering, procurement and planning teams.

·       Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations; prepare bid comparison sheets.

·       Identify tender qualifications, exclusions, assumptions, risks and opportunities.

·       Prepare method statements, project execution inputs, schedules and supporting technical submissions.

·       Compile compliant tender packages and ensure submission before deadlines.

·       Attend pre-bid meetings, manage clarifications and respond to client queries.

·       Maintain tender trackers, pricing records and bid documentation.

·       Support post-tender negotiations, bid revisions and handover to project teams

## Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.

·       3 to 5 years of relevant experience in tendering, proposals or estimation within construction or contracting.

·       Proficiency in BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis and tender documentation.

·       Strong Excel skills; AutoCAD and estimation software knowledge preferred.

·       Understanding of tender procedures, contract conditions and procurement processes.

·       Experience in landscaping, finishing, façade or fit-out projects preferred.

·       Exposure to KSA construction tenders preferred.
