## Description

**About:**

Lead BIM delivery and architectural model coordination for Teef Najd construction projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring consistent digital deliverables, multidisciplinary coordination, quality, and compliance with project BIM requirements.

**key responsibilities**

·       Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project BIM standards, workflows and deliverable schedules.

·       Manage architectural BIM modeling, model federation, multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection with structural and MEP teams.

·       Oversee production and quality review of coordinated BIM models, architectural shop drawings, schedules and construction documentation.

·       Coordinate with project managers, consultants, site teams and subcontractors to resolve design and constructability issues.

·       Ensure model accuracy, naming conventions, data integrity, version control and effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE).

·       Manage BIM team assignments, technical reviews, training and performance to meet project deadlines.

·       Provide BIM progress reports, issue registers, coordination meeting outputs and risk escalation to project leadership.

·       Support BIM coordination for finishing, fit-out, façades and related architectural packages as required.

## Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in civil, architecture or architectural engineering.

·       Extensive BIM delivery and architectural coordination experience in construction / contracting;

·       8 to 10 years of experience.

·       Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; familiarity with CDE platforms and BIM coordination workflows.

·       Knowledge of BEPs, model QA/QC, clash detection, construction drawings and multidisciplinary design coordination.

·       Experience supporting KSA/GCC construction projects is preferred; Landscape, cladding façade, finishing and fit-out exposure are an advantage.
