**The Role**

As part of the broader Ovation offering, TEG Ovation amp brings together marketing and creative capabilities in a unified, high-impact function, combining in-house expertise with trusted external partners. Sitting within the Creative & Content team, the Email Campaign & Web Coordinator plans, produces, publishes and optimises organic direct marketing and website activity for TEG's key events and entertainment brands. Working closely with campaign teams, you'll deliver high-impact, data-driven communications that drive awareness, engagement and ticket sales, blending strategic thinking, hands-on execution and stakeholder management.

## Requirements

### Outcomes to Deliver

In this role, success looks like:

-   Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end email campaign production from brief through to post-send reporting, building, testing and deploying HTML, plain text and drag-and-drop emails via Braze and Audience Republic, while executing website content updates focused on user experience and conversion.
-   Optimisation & Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, applying A/B testing and segmentation strategies to improve open rates, CTR and conversion, and collaborating with the Performance & Insights team to continually refine targeting and messaging.
-   Stakeholder & Platform Management: Partner closely with campaign teams and internal stakeholders to gather content, assets and approvals, and maintain the website CMS and EDM templates so they stay up to date and optimised.

### Capabilities to Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

-   Digital Marketing Expertise: 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing or CRM role, ideally within entertainment, media or e-commerce, with hands-on experience using Braze, Audience Republic or an equivalent ESP.
-   Technical & Analytical Mindset: Confidence managing CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow, strong attention to detail, and an analytical mindset that can dissect briefs, interpret data and translate it into action.
-   Collaborative Hustle: Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, highly organised, and genuinely passionate about arts, culture and entertainment.

**Desirable Experience and skills**

-   Experience planning and building Braze Canvas & Email Automations, managing data orchestration into Braze, using liquid code, and reading HTML/CSS to design HTML emails
