## Description

We are seeking a **highly motivated Procurement Officer** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies, technical standards, and project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Identify and evaluate new suppliers and sub-contractors.
-   Understand the specific needs and requirements of technical projects.
-   Issue RFQs and RFPs, and evaluate supplier proposals.
-   Negotiate terms, conditions, and prices with suppliers.
-   Place and monitor procurement orders.
-   Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
-   Verify the quality of received goods and services.
-   Implement and adhere to the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
-   Incorporate items and orders in the ERP system.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
-   3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction company.
-   Familiarity with technical specifications and standards in engineering and construction.
-   Solid knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
-   Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
-   Familiarity with procurement management systems (e.g., ERP).
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-   Native knowledge of Greek and good command of English (written and spoken).
-   Category B driver’s license.
-   Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
