## Description

TELCOCOM DATA HELLAS, a leading telecommunications company and subsidiary of FiberHome, is seeking a skilled Project Supervisor for FTTH Projects. Our company specializes in the deployment of advanced fibre optic networks across Greece, contributing to modern digital infrastructure development. As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and progress of FTTH projects, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as you will work closely with technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Supervise the execution of FTTH installation projects on-site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and company standards.
-   Coordinate activities between field teams, subcontractors, and project managers.
-   Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
-   Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
-   Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare reports for management.
-   Provide guidance and support to technical personnel to enhance project performance.
-   Assist in resource planning and scheduling to optimize project delivery.

## Requirements

-   Degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
-   Proven experience in supervising FTTH or fibre optic installation projects.
-   Strong knowledge of fibre optic technologies, installation procedures, and safety practices.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
-   Proficient in project management tools and software is a plus.
-   Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
