# Reward, Benefits and D&I Support Administrator 12 month FTC

### About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Human Resources function here at the Telegraph, within the Reward team on a fixed term basis. This individual will provide reward, benefit, engagement & inclusion administrative support. You will be working closely with the Reward and Inclusion Specialist, the Head of Reward as well as the Head of Engagement & Inclusion.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Benefits:**

-   Manage benefits inbox queries
-   Liaise with benefit providers on any employee queries
-   Present benefits presentation to new joiners in bi-weekly inductions 
-   Work with vendors to ensure program management and optimal employee experience
-   Benefits open window administration (until end of July)

**Reward:**

-   Provide administration support for Pay Review (Letters, Split Sheets etc)
-   Ensure all company bonuses on the bonus tracker are kept up to date
-   Support monthly headcount review
-   Bonus and Pay review administration

**Recognition:**

-   First point of contact for all recognition employee queries 

**Ad-Hoc Tasks:**

-   Adhoc project work
-   Liaise with the finance team to ensure reward and benefit provider invoices are paid on time.
-   Working through the Reward folders and tidy up to ensure historic and current data are carefully stored for ease of access

**Engagement & Inclusion:**

-   Induction Support - Help deliver the induction presentation to new starters with Head of E&I support. 
-   Employee Networks - supporting Head of E&I with the running of the 7 employee networks, ensuring they are meeting objectives and continuing to drive high levels of engagement in all activities 
-   Mentoring Scheme - managing the application process working with HRBPs and key stakeholders across the company, ensuring all matching has taken place and ongoing management of the scheme 
-   Outreach - supporting Head of E&I with outreach partnerships and programmes including Media Literacy Programme and Newsroom Work Experience Programme (working closely with Managing Editor’s team)
-   Adhoc - administrative, communication and project management support for all employee engagement activities 

### Essential Skills

-   Strong organisational and administration skills, resilience and the ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment in a changing landscape
-   Able to produce letters through mail merge 
-   Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (pivot tables, vlook up, etc.)
-   Strong communication skills with a proactive and flexible approach
-   Experience liaising with benefits providers and brokers, able to build strong relationships internally and with external advisors
-   Ability to work in a demanding environment and to tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
-   Motivated to drive your own success and personal development
-   A committed team player with a strong commercial outlook and a hands-on approach as well as ability to work autonomously
