As a Business Analyst, you will spearhead data and reporting initiatives that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your responsabilities will include:

-   Acting as the "brain of a sales engine" by providing critical support to sales operations and driving strategic outcomes
-   Leading and overseeing data analysis projects and design and implement scalable data models into a meaningful insights
-   Business Intelligence and reportings: build, maintain and optimize dashboards, provide in-depth analysis of business performance and ensure timely and accurate ad hoc reports, all designed to drive measurable business impact and revenue growth
-   Usage of statistical methods to conduct predictive analytics to support the forecasting, strategic planning and decision-making
-   Contribute to data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives to guarantee secure and reliable data usage.
-   Serve as a subject matter expert, presenting compelling data stories and insights to non-technical audiences

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
-   BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
-   Good communication and presentation skills, being able to translate complex insights for diverse audiences
-   Expertise in data visualization platforms
-   Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database design
-   Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
-   Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics tools is a plus
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
-   High emotional intelligence
-   C1 Elvel of English
