### About the Project

This is a highly strategic win for TP: a global brand, a scalable sales-driven model, and strong long-term growth potential. The program will focus on:

-   Host Acquisition: Recruiting new professional hosts across key EMEA markets through proactive outreach and onboarding.
-   Account Management: Optimizing existing host portfolios to improve listing quality, increase availability, and drive retention.
-   Supply Growth: Directly contributing to inventory expansion and revenue growth within our Client's ecosystem.

As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this strategic project. Your responsibilities will include:

-   Leading the operational team through pilot, training, and go-live phases.
-   Driving performance, KPIs, pipeline management, and quality standards.
-   Coordinating TP Global PMO, and leadership teams.
-   Implementing processes, reporting systems (Salesforce, Gong), and compliance frameworks.
-   Preparing the project for scale with repeatable best practices.

## Requirements

-   Currently holds a Cluster Manager position or minimum 2 years of experience as Team Sales Manager
-   Proven historical data of leading high performing teams
-   University degree
-   C1 to C2 level of verbal and written English
-   Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Demonstrated people motivation and development skills
-   Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business writing
-   Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
-   Experience in working in multilingual environments is a plus
