## Description

-   Achieve quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and maintain consistent daily activity.
-   Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
-   Present and explain solutions tailored to client needs.
-   Execute outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, and connect with C-level decision makers.
-   Analyze client challenges, gather requirements, and match them with Google Cloud solutions.
-   Keep CRM data updated with leads, contacts, and opportunities.
-   Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion, and pipeline growth.
-   Document customer interactions clearly to ensure transparency across stakeholders.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-   Native-level German (C2) and fluent English.
-   Experience in outbound sales, B2B, or business development, ideally in IT.
-   Basic knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform.
-   Strong business acumen and ability to connect needs with solutions.
-   Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
-   Comfortable working with quotas in a phone-based environment.
-   Solid IT skills to navigate digital tools efficiently.

### Preferred Profile

-   At least one year of IT outbound sales experience.
-   Proven success in cold calling and managing large account portfolios.
-   Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
-   Ability to identify key decision makers and stakeholders.
-   Goal-driven, proactive, competitive, and resilient personality.
-   Knowledge of local market and business environment.
