**SALARY RANGE : Basic Salary - RM2160 + Productivity Allowance - RM250**

**A DAY IN A LIFE**

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

**How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.** 

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

-   Execute Cargo Handling Procedures: Perform daily tasks related to receiving, sorting, and prepping cargo for flight, ensuring all physical movements align with system requirements.
-   Monitor Ground Performance: Track the loading and unloading of shipments in real-time, flagging any operational discrepancies or safety hazards to senior team members immediately.
-   Troubleshoot Routine Handling Issues: Identify and resolve simple, repeated issues such as label discrepancies or minor packaging damage to prevent shipment offloads.
-   Maintain Operational Documentation: Accurately record shipment timestamps, ULD (Unit Load Device) positions, and flight manifests to ensure a "source of truth" for network tracking.
-   Support Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety and Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations during the handling process to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.

## Requirements

-   Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or a related field.
-   1–3 years of experience in air cargo operations or airline capacity management preferred.
-   Strong interpersonal skills - ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently
-   Able to operate computer programmes such as Microsoft office
-   Working experience with standard data-entry software
-   Meticulous with work - double checking for accuracy of data entry.
-   Has experience engaging with Government Agencies
-   Experience or knowledgeable in logistics
