## Description

-   Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
-   Communicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively 
-   Route escalations to the appropriate channels
-   Engage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills 
-   Ensure timely follow up and ensure exceptional service to meet the overall business goals

## Requirements

-   Will be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
-   Good to have previous experience in providing exceptional customer service
-   Strong background in logistics, both air and road transport is a plus
-   Experience in e-commerce and start-up environments will be highly advantageous
-   Proficiency in using various communication channels such as E-mail, Chat, and Social Media
-   Fresh grads are welcome to apply
