We are looking for an Intern, reporting to the Head, Financial Planning & Analysis based in Wisma Tune, Kuala Lumpur.

A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success. 

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

-   Support data analysis and ad-hoc requests from business partners
-   Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting for the team
-   Organise and maintain team documentation, folders, and resources across Notion and Google Drive
-   Lead a key project to improve the team's way of working through automation and process improvement
-   Map out the team's current workflow and develop a more efficient future workflow
-   Champion new workflows and identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes

## Requirements

**These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:**

-   Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
-   Strong Excel skills, including **VLOOKUP**, **Pivot Tables**, and basic formulas.
-   Comfortable preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
-   Eager to learn and take initiative.
-   Strong communication skills.
-   Able to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
