## Description

**The Role** 

AsSenior Executive of Marketing, you will be the primary bridge between our brand vision and commercial success. You will own the "Commercial Voice" of Teleport China, driving growth through high-impact copywriting, managing our MarTech ecosystem, and executing high-touch offline experiences that turn prospects into partners.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qianhai, Shenzhen, China

**A DAY IN THE LIFE** 

No two days are exactly the same at Teleport. One day, you may be coordinating a last-minute sales deck update for a strategic customer meeting involving multiple countries and operational teams. Next, you could be preparing exhibition materials for an air cargo event, managing workshop logistics, or working with regional teams to launch a go-to-market project through marketing automation tools.

**Product Positioning & Commercial Sales Enablement:** Develop the sales enablement strategic thinking, and transform complex logistics services into compelling, sales-ready assets—including pitch decks, brochures, and co-branding materials—that clearly articulate Teleport’s value proposition and drive business growth.

**Copywriting & Localized Marketing Communication:** Lead the creation of persuasive, culturally relevant messaging for all local communication channels, including EDMs, social content, and partner communications, ensuring all copy is aligned with the Teleport China narrative and localized for the Chinese market and regulatory landscape.

**Offline Events & Industry Engagement:** Design and manage end-to-end industry exhibitions, workshops, and customer-facing events, focusing on high-quality engagement and the successful conversion of event footfall into qualified sales leads.

**Digital Ecosystem & MarTech Management:** Optimize the lead-generation funnel by leveraging marketing automation and digital platforms (such as MarketUp, CRM systems, and Alibaba Cloud-hosted sites) to track customer journeys and consolidate lead data. 

**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Performance Analytics:** Partner with Sales, BD, and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment while using market research and data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve market positioning.

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

**Language:** Native-level fluency in Chinese (with a portfolio of punchy, professional B2B copywriting) and English as the primary working language for all reporting, meetings, and regional collaboration.

**Commercial Marketing Experience:** 5-8  years of experience in marketing or sales enablement, ideally within a fast-paced logistics, tech, or B2B startup environment where you have turned complex products into "ready-to-sell" materials.

**Mindset:** A "self-starter" who views change as an opportunity. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot strategies quickly. Strong sales empathy & alignment 

**B2B Logic:** Strong ability to understand "business buyer" behavior in China, with the skill to navigate local regulatory requirements and cultural nuances in communication. 

**MarTech Savvy:** Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and the WeChat Work/Service Account ecosystem.
