## Description

**TERNA ENERGY**, member of Masdar Group, is seeking a:

**Contract Manager**

**Essential Functions for the Role**

-   Oversee contract administration activities across major infrastructure and energy projects.
-   Manage and monitor Variation Orders (VOs), Requests for Change (RFCs), and contractual workflows in alignment with FIDIC or equivalent contractual frameworks.
-   Maintain centralized contract, risk, and change management registers to ensure transparency, traceability, and audit readiness.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary impact assessments related to cost, schedule, scope, and commercial risks.
-   Support proactive dispute avoidance and early warning processes throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Prepare contractual analyses, reports, and escalation papers for senior management and steering committees.
-   Facilitate risk workshops and contribute to integrated project governance and decision-making processes.
-   Liaise with contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and commercial matters.

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.
-   Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Contract Management, or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
-   Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contract management, change control, or commercial/project management within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
-   Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contract forms.
-   Experience in commercial risk monitoring, claims prevention, and dispute avoidance.
-   Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Excellent knowledge of English language (both oral and written).
-   Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
-   Familiarity with project controls and risk management tools will be considered an advantage.
