## Description

**TERNA ENERGY**, a member of the **MASDAR** Group, is seeking:

**Insurance Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and monitor insurance claims throughout their lifecycle, from notification to settlement, ensuring accurate documentation, effective stakeholder coordination, and timely reporting.
-   Liaise with insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, legal advisors, and internal departments regarding claims handling, claim developments, and settlement processes.
-   Support the administration and management of the company’s insurance portfolio, including policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and related documentation.
-   Maintain accurate insurance and claims records, prepare reports, and assist in the review of insurance requirements arising from business operations, projects, and contractual obligations.
-   Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims management processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
-   2–5 years of relevant experience in claims handling, insurance operations, broking, underwriting support, portfolio administration, or a similar insurance-related role.
-   Good understanding of insurance claims processes and insurance policy administration.
-   Experience working with insurers, brokers, and loss adjusters in a corporate or commercial insurance environment.
-   Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
-   Fluency in Greek and English.
