## Description

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between customer data and product strategy for the brand SUMMATION SOLUTIONS. This role is responsible for driving product development through pre-sales business analysis and post-sales RFID usage evaluation. By translating customer insights into actionable strategies, the analyst provides essential operational and sales support to the overseas solutions team, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market needs.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Strategic Analysis: Analyze customer RFID usage patterns and feedback to provide data-backed recommendations for continuous product improvement and long-term strategy.
-   Pre-Sales Business Analysis: Evaluate prospective solution opportunities to assist in defining competitive, high-impact offerings that meet client requirements.
-   Sales Operations & Support: Serve as a strategic partner to the overseas sales team by coordinating solution-focused projects, managing customer communication, and providing the analytical data required to drive deal execution.
-   Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging opportunities and shifts in global market demand.
-   Operational Alignment: Maintain and update business intelligence resources, ensuring the team is equipped with the latest data to facilitate effective decision-making.

## Requirements

-   University degree holder in Business Administration or technology related disciplines.
-   Around 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience with strong analytical potential; internship or relevant experience in retail, supply chain, or RFID/IoT sectors is a plus. Knowledge in RFID is a plus
-   Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
-   Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
-   A quick learner with a positive can-do attitude, with intellectual curiosity to learn about the solutions being offered in the division.
-   Proactive team player and able to work under pressure with impeccable attention to detail
-   Confident and presentable. Pleasant and outgoing personality.
-   Able to travel whenever necessary
