## Description

Testcorp Premier 2 is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations while providing strategic financial guidance. In this role, you will manage the finance team, prepare financial statements, and develop budgets and forecasts. You will play a key role in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to enhance the organization's financial performance.

### Responsibilities

-   Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements
-   Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
-   Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
-   Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks
-   Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis
-   Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or CPA certification preferred.
-   3+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role, with ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash-flow control.
-   Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
-   Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel, including experience with SAP and Oracle.
-   Strong leadership and team management abilities, including experience leading and managing finance teams.
-   Experience presenting financials to leadership and working with external auditors.
-   Eligible to work in Greece.
