We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Accounting Assistant Intern – Asset Management** to gain hands-on experience in asset tracking, inventory management, and accounting documentation. In this role, you will support the team in maintaining accurate asset records, assisting with inventory verification, and organizing asset-related documents while developing practical skills in accounting and asset management.

**Responsibilities:** 

-   Assist in maintaining and updating asset records and the fixed asset register. 

-   Support asset tagging, inventory counts, and physical asset verification. 

-   Organize and file asset-related documents, purchase records, and disposal forms. 

-   Assist in monitoring asset movements, transfers, and assignments. 

-   Provide general administrative and accounting support.

## Requirements

-   Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 

-   Detail-oriented and organized. 

-   Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications is a plus. 

-   Willing to learn and work in a team environment. 

**Internship Details:** 

-   **Duration:** 360 OJT hours (approximately 2 months) 

-   **Work Setup:** Full Onsite 

-   **Location:** Mega Tower, Mandaluyong City

-   **Schedule:** Tuesday to Saturday
