## Description

About the Role

Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school designed for serious student-athletes who want both elite academics and high-level athletic development. Students learn twice as fast as traditional schools in just 2 hours a day, using the same 2-Hour Learning model as Alpha School. We are an AI-first school where AI is woven into how students learn, how the team works, and how we build and scale everything we do. That frees up their entire afternoon for serious training, where they work alongside former pro and D1 athletes coaching them at the highest standard.

We're hiring a Facility Partnerships Representative to build relationships with the sports and training facilities we want to partner with. You'll work from a list we've already put together, reach the owners, book meetings, walk them through what the academy is and how a partnership works, and bring each conversation to a signed agreement. Once a partner is on board, you'll keep the relationship healthy.

What You'll Do

- **Outbound Outreach:** Work through our list of target facilities by phone and email, find the owner or decision maker, and get a conversation started.
- **Meeting Scheduling:** Book meetings with facility owners, confirm them, and reschedule when plans change.
- **Partnership Pitch:** Explain what the academy is, how the 2-Hour Learning model works, and what a partnership means for the facility, then answer their questions.
- **Closing Partnership Agreements:** Work through terms with the owner, reach an agreement, and get the contract sent over and signed.
- **Account Management:** Stay in touch with signed partners, handle their questions, and keep the relationship strong after the contract is in place.
- **Follow-Up:** Run a consistent follow-up cadence by email and phone so no lead goes cold.
- **CRM Management:** Log every call, email, meeting, and deal stage in the CRM so the pipeline is always current.

## Requirements

- **Outbound Sales Experience:** You've done cold or warm outreach to business owners or decision makers, and you can tell us how many meetings you booked and how many turned into deals.
- **Closing Experience:** You've taken a deal from first contact through agreement and signed contract, and you know how to handle objections along the way.
- **CRM Fluency:** You've used HubSpot or a similar CRM to run your pipeline day to day. You keep records clean and use the data to decide what to do next.
- **Clear Communication:** You write a clear, professional email, and you're comfortable on the phone with a business owner you've never spoken to.
- **Follow-Through:** You keep track of every open conversation and follow up on schedule without being reminded.
- **Relationship Management:** You've maintained business relationships after the sale and kept partners engaged over time.
- **Availability:** You're available full-time for the length of the contract.

Bonus Points

- **HubSpot Experience:** You've worked in HubSpot specifically and know its deal pipelines, sequences, and reporting.
- **Sports or Fitness Industry Background:** You've worked with gyms, training centers, sports facilities, or athletic programs and understand how facility owners run their business.
- **B2B Partnership Experience:** You've set up partnerships or referral relationships between organizations, not just one-time sales.
- **Education or Youth Sports Experience:** You've sold to or worked with schools, youth sports organizations, or families of student-athletes.

## Benefits

- **Pay:** $35 per hour.
- **Schedule:** Full-time hours.
- **Term:** Three-month contract with the possibility to extend.
