## Description

We are seeking coaches for our golf, tennis and pickleball summer camps.

-   Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success
-   Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach so ensure classes are fun and we create a stress-free environment
-   Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
-   And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending \[monthly/week/season\] trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual \[update based on brand\]

## Requirements

Coaches should have reliable transportation, and will work week-long shifts in the morning (8:30-12:30), afternoon (12:30-4:00) or both. Experience in the sport (golf, tennis or pickleball) is expected, but coaches need not be experts.

## Benefits

Assistant coach pay is $500-550/week depending on shift length. Head coach pay is $700-750.
