## Description

**Ready to lead and grow Commercial Sales on an International SaaS platform?**

As Head of Business Development, you’ll lead our BDM and BDR teams while actively driving enterprise sales yourself. This is a player-coach role for someone who has **already managed** pipeline targets, sales execution, and commercial growth inside a B2B SaaS, technology or software environment.

We’re looking for a commercially driven head, who can scale our pipeline generation, maintain CRM discipline, and close high-value opportunities with Retail & E-commerce organizations globally. You’ll join an already active commercial function and help scale it into a more structured high-performance sales organization.

**📚 Your Mission - should you choose to accept it**

-   Lead and manage the Business Development team setting structure targets and accountability
-   Own and monitor pipeline generation funnel performance and New ARR targets
-   Actively work with your team, not a pure management role - you are expected to actively own and close strategic opportunities yourself pushing your team further.
-   Own the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing
-   Work closely with Marketing to improve pipeline quality campaigns and commercial growth initiatives
-   Own our Salesforce processes, track pipeline health and commercial performance
-   Assist BDMs on sales execution and deal progression
-   Report commercial performance insights and strategic recommendations directly to C-Level management
-   Collaborate closely with Customer Success Head to ensure strong customer handovers and expansion opportunities

**🔓 What You Bring (Mandatory)**

-   3+ years experience in B2B SaaS or technology/software sales environment
-   Fluent English (you can confidently present, negotiate and sell in English language)
-   Proven experience managing teams in BDM/Sales and their team targets
-   Professional Experience in sales pipeline, New ARR tracking and commercial performance metrics.
-   Strong in closing new business deals independently especially in mid-market or enterprise environments
-   Experience maintaining CRM discipline, pipeline reporting and sales processes
-   You know how to push execution accountability and momentum within a sales team

**🚀 Bonus Points for**

-   Good knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lemlist etc
-   Experience in RetailTech, E-commerce Pricing or Data-related software
-   Experience selling enterprise or multi-country software solutions
-   Experience scaling outbound and inbound commercial motions
-   Experience attending international expos conferences or business events
-   Ability to work strategically with Marketing and Customer Success leadership
