**About the Role**

We work with brands and clients to deliver successful F&B marketing campaigns with partners from developers, hotel groups and individual restaurants. Our marketing services include marketing planning and strategy development, content creation, marketing implementation, paid media, social media management, advertising, reporting and analytics.

We require an Arabic-speaking Paid Ads Manager to join our Cairo team in-house, owning paid media strategy, campaign set-up, optimisation and reporting across hospitality, F&B, retail and lifestyle brands.

**Role**

-   Own end-to-end paid media strategy and delivery across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube and LinkedIn where relevant
-   Build campaign plans tied to commercial objectives including bookings, footfall, delivery sales, leads, web conversions and brand awareness
-   Manage media budgets, pacing, forecasting and optimisation across multiple F&B, hospitality and lifestyle brands
-   Set up, launch and optimise campaigns within platform business managers, ensuring campaigns are structured clearly from day one
-   Develop audience strategy across prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes, geo-targeting, CRM audiences and Arabic/English segmentation
-   Work with creative and social teams to turn campaign objectives into high-performing paid ad concepts, hooks, formats and copy
-   Write and adapt Arabic and English ad copy with strong understanding of cultural nuance, tone of voice and hospitality positioning
-   Build structured testing plans across creative, audiences, placements, offers, landing pages and campaign objectives
-   Own tracking set-up and QA including pixels, conversion APIs where relevant, events, UTMs, campaign naming and landing-page links
-   Monitor daily performance and make optimisation decisions based on CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS and booking/lead quality
-   Produce clear weekly and monthly reports with commercial commentary, insight and recommended next actions
-   Translate performance data into practical recommendations for offers, content, reservations, delivery and customer acquisition
-   Work with marketing team to align campaigns with promotions, launches, menus, events and seasonal dates
-   Manage lead-generation and reservation campaigns conversion tracking are in place
-   Support database growth through paid lead capture, CRM audiences and remarketing initiatives
-   Conduct competitor, audience and market analysis to identify paid media opportunities in relevant markets
-   Coordinate with clients, internal teams and external partners on approvals, assets, campaign timelines and reporting
-   Ensure campaigns follow brand guidelines, platform policies and local market considerations
-   Keep campaign trackers, budget sheets and performance dashboards accurate and up to date
-   Proactively identify underperformance, wasted spend and growth opportunities, then recommend action quickly
-   Support landing page, website and menu update recommendations where they affect campaign conversion
-   Manage multiple campaigns at once, adhering to deadlines or commercial goals
-   Maintain clean campaign account structures, naming conventions, access permissions and platform hygiene
-   Action additional tasks as required

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience
-   A relevant degree or equivalent experience
-   Fluent in Arabic & English
-   Based in Cairo or able to work full time from Cairo
-   Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally for hospitality, F&B, retail, leisure or lifestyle brands
-   Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager; TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads
-   Confident managing media budgets, campaign pacing and performance optimisation
-   Strong analytical ability with commercial judgement
-   Experience with tracking, pixels, UTMs, GA4 and reporting dashboards
-   Knowledge of hospitality across the GCC
