POSITION OVERVIEW:  
  
The Market Intelligence, Research & Analysis Executive provides strategic research and commercial insights to support TGP International’s advisory services, business development activities and client projects across hospitality, food & beverage and destination development.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Market Research & Intelligence**

-   Monitor industry trends, investments and market developments.
-   Track new hotel, restaurant and destination openings.
-   Research franchise, licensing and expansion activity.
-   Monitor competitor activity and emerging brands.
-   Track new brand launches, franchise and licensing activity.
-   Source unique benchmarks, trends and market examples to strengthen TGP thinking.
-   Support market studies with clear sourcing and references.
-   Maintain market databases by country, city, sector and brand type.

**Influencer & Partner Research**

• Build influencer lists for campaigns, launches and activations.

• Include engagement rates, audience quality, follower relevance and fake follower checks.

• Track influencer contact details, categories, locations and past brand work.

• Support recommendations for influencer partnerships and local collaborations.

**Commercial Analysis**

-   Conduct market studies and benchmarking exercises.
-   Support feasibility studies through research and data gathering.
-   Analyse live operational data and market performance indicators.
-   Curate brand recommendations and concept inspiration.
-   Support feasibility studies with clean data inputs and clear assumptions.
-   Support Excel-based analysis and flag any data gaps.
-   Help translate research into clear commercial insights.

**Reporting**

-   Produce market intelligence reports and executive summaries.
-   Maintain databases of industry contacts, brands and key stakeholders.
-   Identify new deals, partnerships and significant appointments within the sector.
-   Present findings in clear reports and PowerPoint presentations.
-   Produce short market updates for internal teams.
-   Support monthly trend updates and yearly TGP trend report inputs.
-   Format research outputs so they can be used directly in TGP documents.

**Collaboration**

• Support Advisory, Business Development and Strategy teams with research-driven insights.

• Assist with proposal preparation and client presentations by providing relevant market data.

• Attend relevant project updates to understand context and avoid duplicated research.

• Work with teams to understand the brief before starting research.

• Share findings in a clear and practical way.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, Research or a related discipline.
-   2–5 years’ experience in market research, consulting or business analysis.
-   Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
-   Excellent English writing and presentation abilities.
-   Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
-   Experience in hospitality, tourism, real estate or food & beverage research is preferred
-   Excellent Arabic and English research skills.
-   Strong source checking and data validation skills.
-   Confident using Excel, PowerPoint and online research tools.
