**About the Role**

We work with brands and clients to deliver successful marketing campaigns with partners including Ministry of Culture, IHG. Hideaway, and Al Mamlaka Social Dining. Our marketing services include marketing planning and strategy development, content creation, marketing implementation, social media management, advertising, reporting and analytics.

We require a Marketing Specialist to join our team to lead on client marketing projects.

**Role**

**Development of Marketing Strategy including:**

-   o   Brand Strategy
-   o   Situational Analysis
-   o   Digital Strategy
-   o   Communications Strategy
-   o   Media Mix & Buying Plan
-   o   Objectives and KPIs
-   o   Project Timeline
-   o   Marketing Budget

**Development of Social Media Strategy including:**

-   o   Tone of Voice
-   o   Content Pillars
-   o   Key Messaging
-   o   Creative Direction & Development
-   o   Channel Strategy
-   o   Paid Ad Strategy and budgeting
-   o   Objectives and KPIs 

**Development of New Restaurant Launch Strategy**

-   o   Pre-launch, launch and post-launch strategy
-   o   Execution Planning and implementation
-   o   Marketing calendar and activations
-   o   Objectives and KPIs

Work alongside Consumer Marketing Director and CMO/Partner to achieve project objectives  

Execution, implementation and delegation across multiple client projects

Plan and execute all marketing activities, including social media, events, activations, and partnerships

Oversight of website development and coordination with developer (if required)

Management of photography and video shoots and creation of briefs

Influencer management and negotiations

Develop and recommend partnerships/collaboration that are aligned with brands

Brand guardian of all customer touchpoints for any client projects

Dual language copywriting in Arabic and English

Overall responsibility for client brand channels

Oversight of revenue and footfall for ongoing implementation projects

Budget management and commercial oversight

Supporting team to achieve all deadlines

Training and development for direct reports

Tracking and measuring overall efforts, delivering weekly reports and comprehensive monthly reports

## Requirements

-   8+ years of marketing experience
-   Fluent in Arabic & English
-   Based in Cairo or able to work full time from Cairo
-   Deep understanding of hospitality marketing
-   Outstanding knowledge across all marketing functions  
-   Commercial and budget experience
-   BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
-   Knowledge of hospitality across the GCC
-   Proven experience in digital marketing
-   Experience working on B2C brands
