# FF&E Logistics Manager

## Description

We are looking for an experienced FF&E Logistics Manager to manage the furniture, fixtures and equipment supply chain for a major international event in Riyadh. You will own FF&E from sourcing and warehousing through to venue distribution, daily replenishment and final returns across multiple sites.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Plan FF&E requirements, orders, deliveries and warehousing
-   Control inventory, tracking and distribution to venues
-   Coordinate installation, daily replenishment and breakdown
-   Manage suppliers, returns and damage/loss reporting
-   Keep accurate records and report on stock status across all sites

## Requirements

-   Experience in FF&E or overlay logistics on major international events
-   Solid inventory control and supplier management skills
-   Able to manage multiple sites and deadlines at once
-   Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
-   Based in KSA (preferred)
-   Available for the full period, October – December 2026
