**Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time | (3PM–11PM)**

As a **Direct Support Professional (DSP)**, you will provide essential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them navigate daily life in residential and community settings.

**Compensation:** Starting at **$20.20/hour**, with earning potential up to **$24.20/hour** through shift differentials and overtime opportunities.

**Schedule:** **Full-time (40 hours weekly)** with flexibility to work **two weekend days** as part of your schedule.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Provide direct support to individuals living in **group homes, apartments, and supported living settings**
-   Assist with day-to-day needs such as **meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, and maintaining a household environment**
-   Encourage independence through **community outings, recreational involvement, and individualized goal support**
-   Maintain a **safe, respectful, and person-centered environment** while completing electronic documentation accurately and on time
-   Partner with supervisors and team members to support individual goals and maintain program standards
-   **Paid training provided** — experience is welcome but **not required**

## Requirements

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
-   **High school diploma or GED** required
-   Valid **New Jersey driver’s license** in good standing (**5 points or fewer**)
-   Must be **18 years of age or older**
-   Demonstrated employment reliability, including **at least one year with a previous employer**
