## Description

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven decision-making at THE CHEFZ. You’ll leverage machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics to solve business problems, optimize customer experience, and scale operations.

-   Develop predictive and machine learning models for business use cases.
-   Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
-   Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
-   Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure scalable data pipelines and reliable access to high-quality data.
-   Define and track KPIs to evaluate model performance and its contribution to business outcomes.
-   Ensure compliance with data governance policies, PII/PCI protection standards, and SDAIA regulations.
-   Mentor junior data scientists and promote a data-driven culture.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
-   Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of R or equivalent statistical tools is a plus.
-   Strong foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
-   Experience with MLOps tools and practices (model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring).
-   Hands-on experience with big data frameworks and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
-   Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-focused way to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Strong business acumen, with proven success applying data science to solve real business challenges.
-   Familiarity with LLMs, recommendation systems, or generative AI is a strong plus.
