## Description

-   Analyse existing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.

-   Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using appropriate methodologies.

-   Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate process efficiency.

-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize workflows.

-   Document processes, procedures, and improvement plans.

-   Support automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.  
    
-   Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.  
    
-   Provide regular reports and insights to management on process performance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.  
    
-   3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management specially in food delivery industry.  
    
-   Experience with process mapping ‘VISIO or ARIS” plus workflow analysis.  
    
-   Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.  
    
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
    
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google sheets, PowerPoint and Metabase.
