**Position Summary** 

2026/2027 Fall-Spring Finance Internship  

Internship Title: Finance Intern 

Compensation: $20/hour 

Schedule: 21 hours/week (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 1 day remote) 

Duration: Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 

**About the Internship Program** 

Our Fall Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in philanthropy, community engagement, operations, and organizational strategy.  

The Finance team manages budgeting, financial reporting, investment stewardship, and operational compliance for the Trust. Interns gain exposure to nonprofit financial management and the behind-the-scenes systems that keep a philanthropic institution running. 

**What You’ll Do as a Finance Intern** 

While responsibilities vary, interns can expect to contribute to a mix of: 

-   Assistance in reconciliations of bank and investment accounts 

-   Project and administrative support for grant payments and treasury function 

-   Providing year end audit support 

-   Participating in team meetings and training 

-   Other duties as assigned

-   Currently enrolled as a senior undergraduate or graduate student

-   Strong communicators (written and verbal)

-   Comfortable managing multiple tasks

-   Open to feedback and new ideas 

**Work Environment** 

This internship follows a hybrid schedule: 

-   2 days in office (Tuesday and Thursday) 

-   1 day remote
