## Description

**About the Company**
We are a fast-growing consumer electronics and technology brand with an established presence across leading regional and global online marketplaces. Our products are sold through several major e-commerce platforms and a growing network of online retail channels across the GCC. As we scale our digital retail footprint, we are building a high-performing e-commerce team to drive that growth. We are known for operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

**Position Overview**
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage end-to-end marketplace operations across multiple major regional and global online platforms, while also leading and mentoring a team of e-commerce executives. The ideal candidate combines hands-on platform expertise with strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

_Account & Listing Management_

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts across all marketplace platforms, including listing creation, content quality, and pricing/stock accuracy
- Handle category restrictions, gating issues, and required documentation (invoices, certificates, authorization letters)
- Resolve listing errors, suppressions, and policy violations, liaising directly with platform support teams to close out disputes

_Visibility & Sales Growth_

- Optimize listings for SEO, run PPC campaigns, and manage the Brand Store and enhanced product content
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and pricing adjustments, backed by competitor and MAP compliance analysis

_Fulfillment & Inventory_

- Coordinate platform-fulfilled and merchant-fulfilled shipments, restocking, and stock reconciliation
- Manage returns, removals, and unsellable inventory; support onboarding of new marketplace accounts

_Finance & Customer Experience_

- Manage payments, invoicing, chargebacks, and reconciliation across all marketplaces
- Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns; drive initiatives to improve satisfaction and ratings

_Reporting_

- Track sales, inventory, and performance across platforms; prepare Excel dashboards and proactively flag issues with recommendations

_Leadership & Team Management_

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of e-commerce executives — assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and setting SOPs for listing, order, and issue management
- Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and marketing, and escalate critical issues to senior management with clear action plans

## Requirements

- **Requirements & Skills**

- 4–5 years in e-commerce/marketplace management, with team handling experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with major marketplace seller and vendor platform back-ends (mandatory); exposure to multiple regional/international platforms is a plus
- Strong grasp of fulfillment operations, purchase order processing, and order management
- Proficient in Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PPC campaign management
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, MAP compliance, and competitor analysis
- Experience with invoicing, chargebacks, and payment reconciliation
- Familiarity with compliance/barcoding standards and packaging guidelines
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple platforms and tasks under pressure
