### The Role

The Greater Change is looking for a **hands-on SEO Specialist** responsible for driving **qualified B2B leads** from the UAE and Saudi markets for our HR, recruitment and consulting services.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute **SEO, AIO/AEO/GEO and organic lead-generation strategies**.
-   Optimise the website for **Google Search, AI Overviews, AI Mode and emerging AI search experiences**.
-   Manage and continuously improve **website pages, landing pages, service pages, blogs, CTAs and conversion journeys**.
-   Conduct **keyword, competitor, search-intent and market research** for UAE & Saudi Arabia.
-   Drive high-intent searches around **recruitment, HR, staffing, executive search and HR consulting**.
-   Manage **technical, on-page, off-page and local SEO**.
-   Build high-quality backlinks, digital authority and relevant online visibility.
-   Develop **AI-search-friendly, authoritative and conversion-focused content**.
-   Identify opportunities using **AI tools, automation and emerging search technologies**.
-   Improve **website CRO, lead forms, landing pages and conversion rates**.
-   Track **organic traffic, rankings, AI-search visibility, enquiries, conversions and qualified leads**.
-   Use **Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs** and similar tools.
-   Continuously test, analyse and optimise strategies based on **qualified lead generation**.

## Requirements

-   **5+ years of hands-on SEO / digital marketing experience.**
-   Must be based in **Mumbai**.
-   Strong **SEO + B2B lead-generation** experience.
-   Experience managing and optimising **business websites**.
-   Strong understanding of **AIO, AEO, GEO and AI-powered search**.
-   Experience with **Recruitment, HR, Staffing, Consulting or Professional Services** strongly preferred.
-   UAE/GCC SEO and lead-generation experience preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of **technical SEO, content SEO, local SEO, link building and CRO**.
-   Proven ability to generate **qualified business enquiries**, not just website traffic.

## Benefits

-   **₹40,000–₹50,000/month + incentive per qualified lead generated.**
-   Salary will be paid monthly from the **UAE** Office (Tax Free).
