The client is a fast-growing distribution and brand-building organization operating across consumer technology and AV ecosystems. The company specializes in private-label product development, OEM/ODM sourcing, and multi-channel distribution across retail, e-commerce, and export markets. Its portfolio includes consumer electronics, accessories, and professional AV solutions. With a strong presence in the UAE and expanding global footprint, the company is focused on scaling proprietary brands across GCC, Africa, and emerging markets.

### Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Brand Manager to lead and scale a private-label brand. This is a hands-on leadership role covering the full brand lifecycle—from OEM sourcing and product development to go-to-market execution and revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

### Key Responsibilities

### Brand & Product Management

-   Own end-to-end brand management across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, export, and corporate channels
-   Define and execute brand strategy, positioning, and product roadmap aligned with revenue targets
-   Manage full product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, pricing, and phase-out
-   Oversee packaging, branding, compliance, and certification

### OEM / White-Label Manufacturing

-   Identify and manage OEM/ODM suppliers (primarily China-based)
-   Negotiate pricing, MOQs, timelines, and quality standards
-   Execute private-label strategies ensuring consistency in quality and brand identity
-   Coordinate product customization, SKU development, and approvals
-   Manage import logistics, customs, and supply chain

### Sales & Growth

-   Drive revenue growth across UAE and international markets
-   Build export pipelines (GCC, Africa, CIS, emerging markets)
-   Manage P&L, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
-   Identify new distribution channels and partnerships

### Marketing & GTM

-   Collaborate on product launches, campaigns, and digital presence
-   Represent brand at exhibitions and industry events
-   Develop sales materials and training assets

### Analytics & Reporting

-   Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
-   Track KPIs: revenue, margins, inventory, and market share
-   Report on performance and growth opportunities

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   5+ years in Brand Management + OEM/Private Label + Sales
-   Experience in consumer electronics / AV / accessories
-   Strong UAE + export market exposure
-   Deep OEM/ODM sourcing experience (China preferred)
-   Proven track record building private-label brands
-   Strong commercial, negotiation, and P&L skills
-   Familiarity with Amazon, Noon, and B2B distribution
-   Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Supply Chain)
-   Fluent English (Arabic/Hindi/Mandarin is a plus)
-   UAE work eligibility
