## Description

**About the Role  
**We are looking for a tech-savvy professional who can leverage AI tools, digital recruitment platforms, ATS and advanced online sourcing techniques "to identify relevant Job opportunities for C-suite executives and senior-level professionals" across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC Countries. The role involves researching suitable vacancies, tailoring applications, and managing the end-to-end job search and follow-up process using technology to maximise efficiency and results.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Use AI tools and digital platforms to identify relevant opportunities and support candidate placement.
-   Leverage LinkedIn, job portals, company career websites and other online platforms for sourcing and applications.
-   Use AI to tailor CVs, cover letters and applications to specific roles.
-   Research companies, identify suitable vacancies and connect with relevant recruiters and hiring managers.
-   Manage applications, follow-ups and candidate updates using a structured tracking system.
-   Explore new AI tools, automation solutions and digital sourcing methods to improve productivity.
-   Ensure applications are accurate, relevant and submitted through authorised channels.

## Requirements

**What You Must Bring**

-   Atleast 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing or recruitment operations.
-   Strong practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or equivalent platforms.
-   Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, Boolean search and online research.
-   The ability to use technology to simplify recruitment processes, Identify Jobs for C-Suite candidates, and improve results.
-   Excellent written English, attention to detail and follow-through.
-   The ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and take ownership of outcomes.
-   Knowledge of the UAE and GCC job markets will be an advantage.
