This is an opportunity to shape that foundation from an early stage. ### Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile **Senior AI Systems Engineer** to lead the development of next-generation Agentic Ambient Intelligence systems. This role sits at the intersection of Autonomous AI Agents, Smart Home Automation and Local-First Infrastructure. You will architect and deploy autonomous systems that can reason, plan and act within a physical environment (via Home Assistant), while leveraging state-of-the-art AI tooling and data architectures. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between high-level agentic orchestration and low-level infrastructure management. ### Key Responsibilities **1\. Agentic Systems & AI Orchestration** - Design and implement autonomous agentic workflows using frameworks such as OpenClaw and Hermes Agentic OS. - Develop multi-agent systems capable of self-improvement, tool use and complex reasoning. - Integrate Vision frameworks and Voice AI (ElevenLabs) to create immersive, multimodal interaction layers. - Leverage cloud and local AI tooling (Cursor, Claude, Ollama, LMStudio, OpenCode) to accelerate development and deployment. **2\.
