We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician** to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining system performance, identifying potential issues before failure, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
-   Inspect, clean, and service equipment including condensers, air handlers, and duct systems
-   Identify wear-and-tear issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades
-   Accurately document findings and services using company software (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
-   Communicate clearly with customers regarding system condition and recommendations
-   Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean working order
-   Follow all company safety policies and procedures

### **Qualifications**

-   2+ years of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance or service)
-   Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
-   Strong troubleshooting and observational skills
-   Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
