## Description

**The Greenridge Group** is a **prime contractor and consulting firm** specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

The Greenridge Group is seeking an experienced **Scheduler IV** to support capital improvement projects at **Los Angeles Harbor College**. This role requires strong experience in **construction scheduling, delay analysis, change orders, claims, and cost-loaded schedules**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and coordinate project schedules based on established project execution strategies.
-   Review contractor schedules for contract compliance and quality.
-   Perform **Critical Path, Earned Value, and Time Impact Analyses**.
-   Evaluate change orders and amendments for schedule and budget impacts.
-   Analyze project delays, potential claims, and contractor recovery schedules.
-   Participate in change order negotiations.
-   Review weekly and monthly schedule progress and present findings to management.
-   Conduct construction/project site visits to evaluate and report progress.
-   Perform cost analysis and compare actual expenditures against project budgets.
-   Prepare **cost-loaded schedules and cash-flow projections**.
-   Identify scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions.
-   Work across multiple project sites as required.

## Requirements

### Minimum Qualifications

-   **10+ years of project or program scheduling experience on large construction programs.**
-   Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field**. Additional qualifying experience beyond the 10-year minimum may substitute for the degree.
-   Advanced proficiency with **Primavera scheduling software** and Microsoft Office applications, including **MS Project and Excel**.
-   Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and cost-engineering principles.
-   Demonstrated experience performing **Time Impact Analysis**.
-   Experience with **construction claims and change orders**.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between assigned project sites as needed.
