**Assistant Cook in Athens**

You will be in charge of food preparation and quality control from the arrival of food product to the point of serving the food to our guests.

## Requirements

-   You will be part of the F&B Team, covering different shifts.
-   Preparing cold & hot items for our breakfast (buffet & a-la-carte).
-   Preparing cold & hot items for our F&B outlets, including private events.
-   Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
-   Interacting with our guests in a highly professional yet unpretentious manner, playing your part in making their stay memorable.
-   Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
-   Ensure 100% guest satisfaction levels.
-   Lend a hand to not only guests but your colleagues and team alike - we’ve always been in it together.
-   Working closely with the Service team to make sure the overall operation is running smoothly.
-   Ensuring that food health and safety regulations (e.g. HACCP) are followed.

  

**Candidate profile:**

-   Customer-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.
-   Eager to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
-   Ability to perform under pressure and good time management skills.
-   Relevant experience in a similar role.
-   Competent cooking skills.
-   English language will be a plus.
