> <p>The Scale Factory is an independent AWS consultancy focusing on scalable SaaS platforms. Founded in 2009, we help organisations of all shapes, sizes and sectors to design, build, operate and scale their Cloud infrastructure. We aim to automate away the boring parts of running an infrastructure so that we can spend more time on the fun bits.<br></p><p>We’re a remote-first team, and always have been.  We have a small HQ in 
London, and our AWS certified engineers and solutions architects 
live and work across the UK and parts of Europe. Besides having realised
 the benefit remote working holds for many people a while ago, this
